Job Overview

National Foods Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Gujranwala zone. The role involves managing a team of Territory Sales Managers, driving regional sales growth, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, market insight, and the ability to implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with National Foods’ revenue targets.

  • Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to ensure regional sales goals are achieved.

  • Lead, monitor, and support the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to meet sales targets.

  • Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular performance reports.

  • Work with Sales Support and Marketing teams to enhance route-to-market strategies.

  • Monitor zonal sales budgets and analyze actual spending versus planned budgets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and channel partners.

  • Evaluate distributor performance and conduct regular market visits.

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand company presence in underserved areas.

  • Participate in negotiations with distributors regarding pricing and sales agreements.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and product teams to evaluate performance of existing and new product categories.

  • Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions with Territory Sales Managers.

  • Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to the sales team.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changing consumer preferences.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports for management review.

Qualification & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)

Experience:
4–6 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
