Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee engineering and maintenance operations across our retail network. The role involves managing preventive maintenance programs, supervising engineering teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will help maintain operational excellence, minimize downtime, and support the organization’s infrastructure reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Engineering in annual OPEX planning and monthly budget monitoring.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs across the retail network.

• Lead the engineering team to ensure uninterrupted retail operations according to defined SLAs and approved budgets.

• Evaluate assets and lead replacement decisions based on condition, cost efficiency, and business impact.

• Provide technical and operational support to field staff for routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure service quality meets defined standards.

• Conduct site audits and invoice validation to maintain operational and financial accuracy.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment and effective communication.

• Ensure compliance with OGRA regulations and other applicable authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• Proven experience in maintenance management, engineering operations, or facility management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and vendor management.

• Strong analytical, budgeting, and operational planning capabilities.

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
