Job Overview
Telenor Pakistan is looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager B2B Fixed Line Sales to support the growth of its Fixed Line portfolio through strong customer engagement and strategic solution selling. The role focuses on developing business opportunities, refining product offerings, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver reliable connectivity solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Development
-
Support refinement and positioning of Fixed Line products including DIA, DPLC, MPLS, GMPLS, IPLC, PRI, and SIP.

Align product offerings with evolving market demands and customer requirements.

Promote integrated solutions combining Fixed Line connectivity with Cloud services and Colocation.
Sales & Client Engagement

Partner with Fixed Line client teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and technical sales pitches.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of enterprise connectivity and adjacent services during client meetings.

Respond to RFI/RFP requests with comprehensive, solution-based proposals.

Provide ongoing account management to maintain long-term customer relationships.
Technical Coordination
-
Collect and document client requirements and coordinate feasibility checks with Technology and Operations teams.

Work closely with HQ Product Owners to build business cases and customized enterprise solutions.

Ensure smooth coordination with operations for service implementation and issue resolution.
Reporting & Analysis

Support HQ Product Owners with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

Utilize MS Excel and PowerPoint for sales insights, reporting, and solution documentation.
Career Progression
This role provides a growth path toward Manager – Fixed Line Sales within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Experience
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in Fixed Line solutions sales, enterprise connectivity, or telecom B2B sales.
Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of Optical Fibre Cable systems and enterprise connectivity solutions.

Ability to analyze complex customer requirements and propose effective solutions.

Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver within defined SLAs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of working independently.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
