Position Overview
Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning Manager – Finance & Control to lead and manage financial planning processes across the business. The role focuses on ensuring the effective execution of planning cycles while providing transparency on forecasts, financial risks, and business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights, structured planning processes, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage business financial planning processes across the market.

Ensure accurate forecasting, planning visibility, and gap analysis for business performance.

Drive the execution and consolidation of key planning cycles including:

MBS
-
IOPL
-
Annual Resource Allocation
-
DF (Dynamic Forecast)
-

Implement standardized financial planning tools and templates across the organization.

Deliver timely and accurate management reporting including ML reports, DF commentary, and monthly updates.

Support local leadership presentations and international business reviews.

Provide base financial forecasts and macro-economic assumptions within required timelines.

Ensure full compliance with WHO guidelines and local regulatory codes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Professional qualification in CA, ACMA, ACCA, or MBA (Finance).

5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Control, preferably in FMCG industry.

Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and forecasting.

Excellent English communication skills.
Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of corporate financial planning frameworks and KPI management.

Experience with ERP systems such as GLOBE – FICO.

Knowledge of accounting standards (NAS, Nestlé Standards, and costing methodologies).

Understanding of product portfolio performance and commercial strategies.

Strong knowledge of internal controls and financial governance.
