Job Overview

METRO Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager – HoReCa to develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with hospitality and food service customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify, register, and develop new HoReCa customers according to a structured sales plan.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify potential business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients including sales execution, credit management, and follow-ups.

  • Address customer needs, complaints, and feedback effectively.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as procurement and operations to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Provide customers with consultation on product options, pricing, and business benefits.

  • Utilize direct selling methods (face-to-face meetings, calls) and indirect methods (networking and referrals).

  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and tracking sheets for customer development.

  • Conduct all sales activities with professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.


Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, or wholesale distribution.

  • Strong relationship management and networking skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to identify opportunities and grow sales territories.
