Job Overview
Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is seeking a motivated Human Resource Officer (Operations) to support HR operational activities at its Head Office. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring employee task sheets, ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining organized records, and coordinating with departments to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Review and monitor daily task sheets of employees to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Identify errors or inconsistencies in task sheet entries and ensure timely corrections.

Ensure compliance with organizational reporting standards.

Guide employees on proper task sheet reporting and documentation procedures.

Maintain updated records and organized databases for tracking and reporting purposes.

Coordinate with various departments for timely submission and review of task sheets.

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
Requirements

Education: Graduation or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations or administration.
