Job Overview

Jazz Pakistan is seeking a Territory Sales Supervisor (TSS) to support regional sales operations and strengthen retail and distribution networks. This role is part of the Regional Operating Model and reports directly to the Area Sales Manager.

The Territory Sales Supervisor plays a key role in achieving regional sales targets, expanding franchise and retail presence, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the assigned territory. The position requires strong coordination with internal teams, franchise partners, and retailers to drive growth in JazzCash, prepaid and postpaid services, and other digital products.


Key Responsibilities

Market & Franchise Management

  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor retailer performance and stock availability.

  • Manage assigned franchise operations and maintain strong follow-ups with franchise teams.

  • Ensure smooth coordination with franchise staff and distribution officers (DOs).

Retail & Distribution Network Development

  • Expand and strengthen the retail and distribution footprint.

  • Maintain service levels with distribution partners and ensure timely retailer servicing.

  • Monitor and manage market float and retailer balances to maintain operational efficiency.

Sales & KPI Performance

  • Achieve sales targets across multiple products including:

    • Prepaid and Postpaid connections

    • Recharge (Jazz Load and Scratch Cards)

    • JazzCash activations and transactions

    • Mobile broadband and data devices

  • Increase sales of handsets, Wi-Fi devices, remittance services, and postpaid packages.

Channel Engagement & Marketing

  • Engage retailers and franchise partners in BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.

  • Optimize utilization of trade marketing initiatives.

  • Build strong working relationships with retailers and franchise owners in the territory.

Performance Improvement

  • Monitor KPIs and develop strategies to improve retail performance and distribution efficiency.

  • Identify new opportunities to increase penetration of products and services in the assigned territory.

  • Ensure compliance with territory integrity and distribution policies.


Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver results on challenging projects.

  • Experience managing tasks end-to-end, from planning to execution and feedback.

  • Ability to work independently as well as under supervision.

  • Strong focus on achieving monthly KPIs including:

    • JazzCash wallet activations

    • Prepaid and postpaid sales

    • Cash-in transactions and remittances

    • Mobile number portability (MNP)

  • Experience in sales management and channel development is preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
