About the Role

Telenor Pakistan is seeking an experienced Manager Performance Digital & Analytics to join its Business Intelligence team. This senior-level position blends strong technical expertise with commercial understanding to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The role focuses on performance monitoring, enterprise reporting, and dashboard development, enabling leadership to track critical commercial KPIs and business performance. The selected candidate will lead a team of BI analysts and act as the primary point of contact for commercial data reporting and analytics initiatives while closely collaborating with both technology and commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance reporting for commercial management with clear insights on business KPIs.

• Design and implement enterprise-level dashboards and reporting frameworks.

• Enhance existing reporting structures and introduce new BI tools and analytics capabilities.

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Intelligence analysts responsible for commercial reporting.

• Collaborate with technical BI teams to resolve data quality issues in Data Warehouse (DWH) systems.

• Consolidate commercial reporting and ensure data consistency across departments.

• Handle stakeholder requests related to data sourcing and reporting changes.

• Coordinate with technical teams on upgrades and change requests related to DWH and Vertica systems.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis to support management decisions and business insights.

Career Growth

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science

• MBA or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field

Experience

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Performance Analytics.

Key Skills

• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) architecture and data systems

• Familiarity with telecom source systems feeding into DWH

• Advanced SQL expertise (Python knowledge is a plus)

• Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and performance monitoring

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Knowledge of digital products and consumer behavior

• Experience in telecom, technology, or startup environments is highly preferred
