Job Overview
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a motivated Human Resource Officer (Recruitment & Selection) to support and manage the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying and attracting qualified talent while ensuring smooth coordination of hiring activities and maintaining proper recruitment documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and shortlisting.

Coordinate and schedule panel interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Prepare, organize, and maintain recruitment and onboarding documentation.

Manage candidate communication, including shortlisting notifications and interview coordination.

Maintain recruitment tracking systems and onboarding status reports.

Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with HR recruitment procedures.
Requirements

Qualification: Graduation or equivalent in a relevant field.

Experience: 1β2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.

Skills:

Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes

Strong coordination and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
