Vital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager for Fuel Card & Digital App operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing fuel card programs and digital platforms, with a proven track record in fleet partnerships, digital payment ecosystems, and mobile application management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end management of fuel card operations and digital platform strategy.
Drive fleet partnerships and strengthen digital payment integrations.
Manage POS/ERP integrations and optimize mobile app operations for seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance payment gateways and practical app functionality.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or Finance. (MBA or relevant digital certifications are highly preferred).
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in fuel cards, fleet management, or digital payments.
Industry Background: Experience within OMCs (Oil Marketing Companies), Fintech, Banking, or Telecom sectors is essential.
Technical Knowledge: Practical understanding of POS systems, PRP, Payment gateways, and mobile app lifecycles.
