The Opportunity

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for digital transformation? As the Regional Industry Head at Zong 4G, you will be the face of our B2B solutions in Rawalpindi. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue through cutting-edge technologies—from Cloud Computing to IoT—while building lasting partnerships with our most valued corporate and government clients.

Core Responsibilities

Your role focuses on three pillars: Growth, Relationship Management, and Technical Solutions.

  • Strategic Sales & Business Development:

    • Promote and sell Fixed Broadband (Internet, Voice, DPLC, IPLC), Cloud, DICT, and M2M/IoT solutions.

    • Identify new business ventures and develop customized solutions that give Zong a competitive edge.

    • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Technical Collaboration:

    • Partner with technical teams to design bespoke solutions that meet specific client requirements.

  • Customer Experience & Retention:

    • Maintain the highest confidence levels among existing clients through premium service.

    • Analyze churn patterns and implement proactive strategies to resolve billing or service issues.

    • Turn customer satisfaction into new referrals and fresh activations.


What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree (minimum), preferably in BS Telecom or BS Computer Science.

  • Experience: Ideally 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management.
