1 Position
Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience in technical support, network administration, or system administration.
Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure & Network Management
Configure and manage TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN networks, and Layer 2 / Layer 3 devices.
Ensure site-to-site network connectivity within the premises using devices such as Mikrotik, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and Huawei.
Monitor, track, and evaluate system and network performance.
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of IT systems and infrastructure.
System Administration
Administer operating systems including Apple iOS, Microsoft Windows 10/11, and Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
Manage Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy configurations.
Maintain reliable system backups and data protection procedures.
Technical Support
Provide technical support and assistance to employees, faculty, staff, and students.
Provision and configure computers, tablets, and smartphones, including installations and upgrades.
Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and licensing.
Training & Digital Literacy
Design and deliver innovative IT training sessions for faculty, staff, and students.
Provide one-on-one technical training and assistance when required.
Conduct training on basic IT and digital literacy tools, including:
MS Office
Google Workspace
Microsoft 365
Canva & Fotor
WordPress
Social Media tools
Systems & Applications
Manage and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Android learning applications.
Setup and monitor biometric attendance systems.
Perform basic video editing tasks when required.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure using modern technologies.
Ensure proper disposal of electronic assets according to organizational procedures.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Required Skills
✅ Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, and enterprise applications
✅ Experience with blended learning platforms and software integration
✅ Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills
✅ Ability to design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure
✅ Knowledge of digital learning environments and education technologies
