Job Overview

The Instore Manager (T30) is responsible for managing customer accounts and retail operations for designated channels. The role focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening in-store visibility, and ensuring effective execution of trade strategies.

This position plays a critical role in delivering sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational excellence while collaborating closely with distributors and retail partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and volume targets for assigned accounts.

  • Improve product visibility and competitive presence in retail stores.

  • Coordinate with distributors and customers for operational planning and execution.

  • Lead joint business planning and negotiations with retail partners.

  • Monitor customer profitability and gross margin performance.

  • Manage and develop a team of Field Marketing Managers (FMMs).

  • Ensure achievement of business KPIs and performance targets.

  • Conduct post-execution analysis and optimize processes using data insights.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 1–4 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.


Key Skills

  • Strong business and financial understanding.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

  • Ability to manage market operations and field activities.

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

  • Awareness of market trends and competitor insights.
