Job Description

Job Purpose

The Enterprise Solutions & Services Engineer is responsible for analyzing operational data and performance metrics to generate actionable insights that support service reliability, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The role involves monitoring network and system KPIs, preparing performance reports, identifying trends, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This position plays a key role in optimizing operations, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring compliance with service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze corporate data, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure service reliability and operational efficiency.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc performance reports for management and internal stakeholders.

  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

  • Manage and maintain databases related to corporate clients while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

  • Provide corporate clients with timely insights, reports, and performance updates.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operations and enhance service delivery.

  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools to support proactive decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, data policies, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support incident and problem analysis by providing relevant operational data and performance insights.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through effective use of data and analytics.


Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or a related field.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in data handling, analytics, or operational performance analysis.
