Role Overview
The Insurance Executive will be responsible for managing insurance operations related to loan products and employee-related claims. This role involves handling insurance coverage arrangements, claims processing, documentation management, and coordination with internal departments and insurance surveyors to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Insurance Operations

Manage daily operations related to product insurance.

Maintain and update MIS records for insurance activities.

Verify the sum insured amount against each reported loan.
-
Arrange insurance coverage for loan portfolios.
-
Process insurance invoices and manage policy renewals.
-
Maintain accurate documentation related to insurance products.
-
Perform reconciliation of insurance product General Ledger (GL) accounts.
Claims Management

Handle Employee Infidelity Claims and other claims under the BBB (Bankers Blanket Bond) policy.

Process insurance claims from lodgment to settlement.

Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim verification.

Communicate with relevant departments to complete claim documentation.

Track claim progress and ensure timely resolution.
What the Insurance Executive Will Do

Handle claims lodgment, documentation, and correspondence with insurance providers.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal documentation requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and organizational skills with experience in insurance management and claims processing.
Requirements

Experience in insurance arrangements and claims processing, particularly infidelity claims and BBB policy claims.

Ability to maintain accurate and organized claim records.

Prepare comprehensive claim reports with findings and recommendations.

Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and insurance partners.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely claim resolution.
