Experience

3–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition

Practical experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Job Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle using HR digital platforms

Collaborate with department heads to plan workforce requirements and hiring strategies

Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordinate assessments
-
Generate digital offer letters and appointment letters through the system
-
Maintain and update recruitment data, reports, and dashboards
-
Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment software
-
Contribute to HR digital transformation and process automation initiatives
