We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Retail to support end-to-end HR operations across our retail network. The role involves close coordination with store teams and Head Office to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations Support

Assist in managing the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS and physical files

Support the implementation and compliance of HR policies and SOPs across retail outlets
2. Attendance & Time Management
-
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and absenteeism across retail stores
-
Ensure accuracy of attendance data for payroll processing
-
Coordinate with store teams to resolve attendance discrepancies
3. Shift Roster Management
-
Support effective shift planning in line with operational and business requirements

Coordinate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) for roster updates, adjustments, and approvals
4. Retail Hiring Support

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for store-level roles such as Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Stock Staff

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding documentation

Ensure recruitment processes meet defined standards and timelines
5. Retail Coordination

Act as a key liaison between Head Office HR and retail outlets

Support store teams in HR-related queries, documentation, and process alignment
6. Payroll & Final Settlements

Prepare and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, and deductions
-
Assist in processing final settlements, clearance procedures, and exit documentation
7. Performance Management Support

Support the execution of the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle

Consolidate performance data and follow up on completion of reviews

Maintain documentation and generate reports related to performance evaluations
🎓 Qualification
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
💡 Required Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (HR Module) including reporting and data management

Good understanding of HR operations and payroll processes

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
📈 Experience
-
2–3 years of HR experience, preferably within retail or multi-location organizations
