Job Overview

Aghosh Homes is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Warden to support the administration in managing residential facilities and ensuring a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for children.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management of Aghosh Home

• Ensure the overall well-being, safety, discipline, and emotional care of resident children

• Supervise daily routines and ensure adherence to the approved schedule

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation using MS Office tools

• Coordinate with staff and relevant stakeholders for smooth operations

• Monitor student behavior and ensure a clean, organized living environment

• Oversee inventory and ensure proper implementation of organizational policies

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduation or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a relevant role
