Job Overview
Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking dynamic and result-driven Field Executives to join its sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products to healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver effective product presentations to doctors using the Sales Certification Model
Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines
Execute marketing strategies to ensure strong Return on Investment (ROI)
Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Continuously update knowledge of products, diseases, and selling techniques
Identify and develop new customer opportunities
Maintain strong rapport with healthcare professionals
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Science – BSc Pre-Medical or Pharm-D)
Up to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (preferred)
Experience in diabetes portfolio is mandatory
GLP and insulin-related experience is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence and develop opinion leaders
Event planning experience (seminars, symposia, roundtables)
Willingness to travel extensively
