Job Requirements

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline

• Advanced hands-on expertise in MS Excel (Advanced Level)

• Strong command of SQL for data extraction and manipulation

• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting

• Solid working knowledge of DAX and Power Pivot

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

• Ability to manage large datasets and convert complex data into meaningful business insights

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics

• Retail industry experience will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and analytical reports for senior management

• Perform in-depth analysis of sales performance, inventory levels, margins, and operational KPIs

• Identify trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights to support business growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, FMCG, and Support functions

• Automate recurring reports and enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting timelines

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring through data-driven recommendations
