Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-centric Senior Executive – HR (HRBPs) to support business units in achieving organizational goals through effective HR partnership. The role involves aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of core HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact for employees and line managers for HR-related matters

Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding activities

Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives

Handle employee engagement activities and help foster a positive workplace culture

Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations

Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation

Support grievance handling and employee relations matters
Job Requirements
Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
-
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partnering role
Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good understanding of HR operations and best practices

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
