Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple retail stores in the fashion apparel segment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-store management, a deep understanding of consumer trends in fashion retail, and the ability to inspire and drive high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple stores within the region

Develop and implement regional strategies to meet sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize product offerings

Lead, mentor, and develop store managers to ensure operational excellence

Monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
