At Mobilink Microfinance Bank, the Relationship Manager – Asset plays a strategic role in driving asset portfolio growth while building strong, long-term customer relationships. This position requires a balance of financial expertise, sales excellence, and customer-centric service delivery.
The incumbent is responsible for identifying business opportunities, evaluating client financial needs, ensuring ethical lending practices, and contributing to branch profitability through effective sales, verification, and collection activities.
Key Responsibilities

Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in line with bank SOPs.

Achieve assigned sales targets through ethical and genuine lending practices.

Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the asset customer base.

Conduct customer profiling using the Five C’s of Credit framework.

Perform field visits and physical verification of prospective clients.

Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive follow-ups and effective collection management.

Promote bank products and implement sales strategies based on market demand.

Safeguard customer documentation and ensure strict compliance with operational controls.

Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with the Line Manager.

Conduct periodic customer meetings as per product programs.

Ensure loan booking and disbursement processes are carried out in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Monitor service quality standards and address customer concerns proactively.

Report any suspected fraud or financial risk to management.

Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal SOPs to protect the bank’s reputation.
Team Leadership & Portfolio Management

Oversee microcredit business performance and asset portfolio quality at branch level.

Lead, coach, and motivate Relationship Officers – Asset Sales to achieve individual and team KPIs.

Conduct capacity planning to ensure targeted loan volumes and minimize default risk.

Coordinate with operations teams for timely loan disbursements and process efficiency.

Optimize resource allocation to improve productivity and business outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the microfinance or banking industry, preferably in asset sales or credit roles.
