Interloop Holdings is hiring a detail-oriented and competent Officer Finance to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in banking relations within a large-scale manufacturing setup and possess strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

This role focuses on managing banking transactions, credit facilities, and ensuring compliance with prudential regulations. The position requires a proactive individual with strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and submit documentation for credit facility renewals and loan disbursements (short-term & long-term).

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

• Calculate and post loan markup provisions accurately.

• Monitor and maintain the company’s fund position for optimal utilization.

• Liaise with banks and ensure compliance with prudential regulations and banking standards.

• Support financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

• Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting.

• Review and manage credit facilities, ensuring timely renewals and adherence to terms.

• Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations and projects.

• Maintain strict accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in financial documentation.

• Communicate effectively with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualification: BBA (Hons), MBA (Banking & Finance), MSc Finance, ACCA, or CA-Finalist

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in banking/finance (manufacturing sector preferred)

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Financial Analysis

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Core Banking Systems

  • Credit Facilities & Banking Terminologies

  • Financial Reporting

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills
