We are looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager – Key Accounts to drive sales performance and strengthen market presence in Islamabad. 🚀


Job Purpose

To effectively manage assigned sales territories by collaborating with distributors and order bookers, achieving sales targets, and executing strategic sales initiatives to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Key Account Managers (RKAMs) and Sales Support teams to implement route-to-market strategies.

  • Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for distributors and retailers, ensuring consistent performance tracking.

  • Identify and address product or sales challenges by working closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Develop Payment Journey Plans (PJPs) by analyzing territory dynamics and market routes.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact, resolving issues, coordinating payments, and ensuring timely product deliveries with logistics teams.

  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock availability, product quality, and expiry compliance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners across the Modern Trade segment.

  • Expand market reach by identifying growth opportunities in underserved areas using market insights.

  • Provide performance feedback on product categories and promotional activities to Sales, QIRD, and Marketing teams.

  • Track regional budgets and report variance analysis on actual sales expenditures.

  • Participate in periodic performance reviews with RKAMs to align strategies and resolve challenges.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance and management reports. 📊


🎓 Background & Requirements

  • Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)

  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or Modern Trade channels
