About the Role
National Foods Limited is expanding its dynamic sales team and is looking for a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead assigned territories. This role focuses on distributor management, order booker supervision, target achievement, and execution of strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.

Create and assign daily sales targets to order bookers to ensure effective outlet coverage.

Prepare and analyze sales performance reports, monitoring KPIs and target achievement.

Lead, coach, and monitor order bookers to enhance productivity and product knowledge.

Conduct regular market visits to evaluate coverage, outlet productivity, and market dynamics.

Ensure execution of trade marketing activities as per approved plans.

Plan effective sales strategies and design PJPs (Permanent Journey Plans) based on territory insights and RTM.

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned distributors to align on mutually beneficial objectives.

Manage territory budgets, forecast sales, and make strategic decisions to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Graduate)

Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience (preferably in FMCG)
