Job Purpose
To effectively manage assigned territories by supervising distributors and order bookers, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize market penetration and revenue growth. 📊
Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and set monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
✅ Assign daily targets to order bookers based on area coverage plans to ensure optimum outlet reach.
✅ Prepare and analyze sales performance reports to track KPIs and target achievements.
✅ Lead, coach, and monitor order bookers’ performance, ensuring strong product knowledge and resource availability.
✅ Conduct regular market visits to assess outlet coverage, productivity, and changing market dynamics.
✅ Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives in line with approved plans.
✅ Design productive sales journeys (PJPs) by understanding territory potential and Route-to-Market strategies.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors to align on mutually beneficial business goals.
✅ Manage budgets efficiently, forecast sales accurately, and implement strategies to optimize revenue while controlling costs.

Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
💼 Experience: 4–6 years of relevant sales experience (FMCG background preferred)
