We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Assistant Director (STM Network) to support operations and management of SATCOM / VSAT Hub infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF operations, network components, and satellite communication environments.

Educational Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree (4 Years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Security / Software Engineering or a related discipline
⭐ Master’s degree will be preferred
✅ Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory
📌 All degrees must be attested by HEC / relevant educational boards

Professional Experience

💼 Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in operations of SATCOM VSAT HUB
📜 Professional certifications such as CCNA, VSAT / SATCOM will be considered an advantage

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

🔧 Configure and manage STM / NSSL Global SATCOM Hub and RF operations in real time
📡 Handle hub-side RF components including motorized antennas, LNBs, BUCs, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers
🌐 Demonstrate sound understanding of network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and routing protocols
📝 Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as SOPs, support manuals, and engineering drawings
