Job Overview
IRC Dairy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager Sales (North) to lead and expand its footprint across the FMCG and HoReCa landscape. This role calls for a strategic leader who can orchestrate sales growth like a conductor leading a high-performance orchestra—balancing market insight, team leadership, and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in dairy, beverages, or chilled product segments, coupled with strong command over sales strategy, channel expansion, and key account management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Expand and optimize sales channels, focusing on key accounts and market penetration.
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team of 20 members.
- Build strong relationships with HoReCa clients and strategic partners.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance and customer insights.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data for forecasting and planning.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Manage sales cycle planning and customer segmentation strategies.
- Resolve customer challenges through effective negotiation and problem-solving.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to leadership.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the sales function.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in FMCG and HoReCa sectors (preferably dairy, ice cream, or beverages).
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, segmentation, and channel development.
