Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering / MBA
Experience: 1–2 Years
As a Tactical Buyer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant procurement operations. You will manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders to collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers, while maintaining accurate data and reporting aligned with company standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with local business teams to provide operational insights and regular updates
- Understanding business needs and translating them into effective procurement plans
- Performing spend analysis, data extraction, and identifying process improvement opportunities
- Coordinating with local suppliers for development, operational support, and supplier transitions
- Supporting sourcing strategies, budgeting, and price planning activities
- Assisting in innovation, cost optimization, and compliance with supplier standards and audits
What Will Make You Successful
- Solid understanding of procurement or supply chain processes
- Ability to interpret stakeholder requirements and deliver timely support
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process discipline
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP/ERP systems is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset, ownership attitude, and willingness to learn
