Job Overview
Alkhidmat Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated professional for the position of Assistant Manager – International Affairs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening international partnerships, securing funding opportunities, and supporting donor engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify and secure new funding opportunities through strategic partnerships
- Lead outreach campaigns and engagement initiatives for potential supporters
- Prepare high-quality proposals, agreements, and funding documentation
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and timely reporting
- Manage donor records and coordinate visits, meetings, and engagement events
- Monitor fundraising performance and donor interactions for continuous improvement
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
💼 Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience
