About the Role
IRC Dairy, a subsidiary of Interloop Holdings, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager, Sales to lead its sales operations across assigned territories. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities and a proven track record in the FMCG and HoReCa sectors.
The selected candidate will oversee a team of sales professionals, drive market expansion, and ensure the achievement of revenue targets. With a product portfolio including cheese, ice cream, chilled dairy, and beverages, this role requires deep market insight, customer understanding, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute territory-specific sales strategies to drive growth across FMCG and HoReCa channels
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring engagement and continuous development
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs
- Optimize territory coverage to maximize sales performance and revenue generation
- Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs, implementing corrective actions where required
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance market penetration
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and professional conduct
