Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers in assigned areas.
• Achieve assigned sales targets ethically while following bank SOPs.
• Promote loan products and expand the customer base through effective marketing strategies.
• Identify potential business opportunities through market research and prospect evaluation.
• Assess customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit methodology.
• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure portfolio quality.
• Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive customer communication and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper handling and security of customer legal documents.
• Avoid cash handling during field operations except as per strict compliance guidelines.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with the Line Manager.
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product program requirements.
• Ensure loan booking is completed in compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor market trends and recommend new sales areas and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver high service standards and maintain customer satisfaction levels.
• Report suspected fraud or potential loss cases to management promptly.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal control standards.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).

💼 Experience:

• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates may also apply).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Customer relationship management
