Afson Seeds is hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and expand sales operations in the Haripur region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, building strong relationships with dealers and farmers, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise field sales staff
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and farmers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Ensure timely recovery of sales dues
• Prepare and submit regular sales and field reports to management

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in seed or agri-input sales
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good reporting and analytical abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
