This position is ideal for individuals who excel in building strong client relationships, delivering personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth within the premium banking segment.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Candidates with a qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Relationship Management role (mandatory for shortlisting)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with high-value premium banking customers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored financial advice and solutions
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through referrals and networking
  • Cross-sell a wide range of consumer and wealth management products
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and a seamless premium customer experience
  • Drive deposit mobilization and portfolio growth within assigned clientele
  • Understand client needs deeply and offer Shariah-compliant financial solutions
