Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution
- Candidates with a qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Relationship Management role (mandatory for shortlisting)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value premium banking customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing tailored financial advice and solutions
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through referrals and networking
- Cross-sell a wide range of consumer and wealth management products
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and a seamless premium customer experience
- Drive deposit mobilization and portfolio growth within assigned clientele
- Understand client needs deeply and offer Shariah-compliant financial solutions
