Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer – Asset to build strong client relationships and drive asset-based sales growth. The role involves understanding customer financial needs, promoting banking products, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in line with bank policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth targets in coordination with BM/RM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized financial solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while strictly following SOPs and ethical practices.
• Promote and sell asset products including loans to expand customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer prospecting.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five C’s of Credit.
• Clearly communicate product terms, conditions, and benefits to customers.
• Conduct physical verification of clients and ensure compliance with lending policies.
• Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain 100% collection performance.
• Avoid cash handling unless strictly required under compliance guidelines.
• Safeguard customer documents and ensure proper handling at all times.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and coordinate with line manager.
• Conduct regular customer meetings as per product requirements.
• Ensure loan booking is compliant with bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Monitor market trends and recommend improvements in products/services.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure zero customer complaints.
• Report any fraudulent or suspicious activity to management.
• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal controls.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) from a reputable institution.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
