Job Purpose
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about business excellence, category planning, and digital transformation. You will play a key role in driving business performance, enhancing customer reach, and ensuring excellence in execution across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute reach & penetration strategies within the Integrated Business Plan (IBP)
- Lead Business Excellence (BEX) and Customer Development (CD) operations for effective field execution
- Act as a change leader for digital transformation across sales and marketing teams
- Manage BEX budget including CRM, data automation, and analytics improvements
- Own Reach & Penetration OKRs at country level
- Design and improve customer journeys and lead management systems
- Deliver data-driven insights to enhance incentive structures and performance
- Ensure data quality, standardization, and reporting accuracy
- Develop local dashboards and analytics tools
- Oversee partner operations, ensuring stock and data accuracy
- Execute Push, Pull, and Chains category strategies end-to-end
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams for alignment
- Ensure SOP compliance and operational excellence
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing
- Experience in B2B / HoReCa sector preferred
- Background in food or FMCG industry is a plus
