A Jr. Officer II Store – Weigh Bridge plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted supply of materials to various service departments. This position focuses on accurate inventory handling, documentation verification, and maintaining efficient store operations to support plant activities at the Hattar works location.

Position Purpose 🎯

To ensure the timely issuance, proper documentation, and organized storage of materials so that operational departments can function without delays.

Key Responsibilities 📦

• Verify documents against physical stock quantities and ensure proper tagging, stacking, and storage of materials.
• Maintain accurate records and manage all types of inventory issuance in the main store and yard, including explosives and fire bricks.
• Receive Store Receipt Notes (SRNs) with correct material coding and relevant details such as split levels, previous issuance records, and depreciation values (where applicable) after approval from the GM (Works).
• Keep detailed records and manage issuance of tools, walkie-talkie sets, and other operational equipment.
• Verify odd-hours material issuance through MIR and register entries on a daily basis.
• Manage stock records, ordering, and availability of gas cylinders to meet site requirements.
• Monitor fast-moving inventory items, maintain reorder levels, generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) on time, and follow up for procurement.
• Generate PRs and coordinate printing of visiting cards after receiving proper approvals.
• Ensure issuance of materials on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis.
• Review transaction sheets and resolve any shortages or excess discrepancies on a daily or weekly basis.
• Prepare reports and maintain registers for accurate documentation and audit readiness.

Experience & Qualification 🎓

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 01 – 02 years of relevant experience in store operations, inventory management, or warehouse activities.
