Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in:
    • Finance
    • Marketing
    • Commerce
    • Economics
  • Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution
  • Islamic Finance qualification will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Relationship Management role
  • Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred
  • Note: This is a mandatory requirement for shortlisting

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer service aligned with the bank’s premium standards
  • Achieve service and performance targets set by management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Handle and track customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Provide a seamless and satisfying customer experience across all touchpoints
