Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 16 years of education in:
- Finance
- Marketing
- Commerce
- Economics
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution
- Islamic Finance qualification will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Relationship Management role
- Experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred
- Note: This is a mandatory requirement for shortlisting
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service aligned with the bank’s premium standards
- Achieve service and performance targets set by management
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Handle and track customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Provide a seamless and satisfying customer experience across all touchpoints
