At Nestlé, the IT Functional Relationship Manager (FRM) plays a vital role in aligning business objectives with innovative IT solutions. As the FRM for Finance, Legal, and HR functions, you will serve as a strategic advisor and primary liaison, ensuring strong collaboration, clear priorities, and delivery of impactful technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted IT partner for Finance, Legal, and HR stakeholders
• Translate business needs into effective IT solutions aligned with global standards
• Manage the complete solution lifecycle (from ideation to retirement)
• Collaborate with regional and global teams for successful implementation
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, data security, and regulatory standards
• Monitor service performance and continuously enhance user satisfaction and digital maturity

Requirements for Success

• Proven experience in IT relationship management or business partnering
• Strong understanding of Finance, Legal, and HR processes and digital transformation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and build trust across cross-functional teams
• Experience in project delivery, portfolio management, and change management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience
