About the Role
Step into a leadership role where strategy meets execution. As Manager Sales & Distribution, you will spearhead a team of Area Sales Managers, driving sales performance across GSM, Financial Services (FS), and Internet & Devices through indirect channels. Your mission: expand market share, strengthen distribution networks, and unlock sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned sales targets within your designated zone
- Oversee and optimize franchise operations
- Drive distribution KPIs and performance excellence
- Expand market share for GSM & FS products
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
A Day in This Role
- Analyze KPIs and performance trends for GSM & FS
- Manage franchise profitability, territories, and area assignments
- Optimize trade marketing investments
- Enhance sales quality and channel effectiveness
- Expand distribution footprint and improve retailer engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (S&D Planning, Network, etc.)
- Motivate teams and drive performance across regions
- Ensure strong communication and alignment within teams
- Maintain territory integrity and monitor market activities
- Conduct back-checks on field visits to ensure engagement standards
