The Senior Specialist – Performance & Capability Development is responsible for enhancing organizational effectiveness through robust performance management and capability-building initiatives. The role ensures the seamless execution of performance management cycles, aligning individual goals with overall business objectives to cultivate a high-performance culture.
This position plays a critical role in identifying skill gaps and delivering structured learning programs that support employee growth and development. It contributes to building strong talent pipelines through succession planning, career development frameworks, and competency model enhancement.
Additionally, the role supports employee engagement initiatives, organizational culture development, and HR policy implementation, fostering a transparent, inclusive, and values-driven workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and manage end-to-end performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, and evaluations)
- Align employee performance objectives with organizational strategy
- Conduct learning needs analysis and implement targeted training programs
- Drive capability-building initiatives to enhance workforce effectiveness
- Support competency framework development and succession planning processes
- Contribute to career development and internal talent growth strategies
- Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Required Skills
- Performance Management Execution: Strong experience in managing PMS cycles, goal alignment, and performance tracking
- Learning & Development: Expertise in identifying training needs and delivering impactful learning interventions
- Organizational Development: Knowledge of competency frameworks, succession planning, and career pathing
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Learning & Development
