We are seeking a dynamic and driven Specialist – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the organization’s growth strategy. The role is responsible for aligning hiring initiatives with manpower planning, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent across functions.
The incumbent will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop structured job descriptions, and deliver a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. The role also supports internal talent mobility, strengthens employer branding, and builds strategic partnerships with academic institutions.
Additionally, this position contributes to organizational effectiveness by maintaining accurate organizational structures and ensuring clarity in roles and reporting lines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Required Skills
- Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Ability to build talent pipelines using diverse channels and proactively anticipate hiring needs
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management: Strong coordination skills with hiring managers and ability to deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Recruitment Analytics & Planning: Proficiency in tracking hiring metrics, managing TATs, and aligning recruitment with manpower plans
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably within Retail or FMCG industry)
