Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized university
- Certification or qualification in Islamic Finance will be a plus

💼 Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess service performance against defined standards
- Act as a Service Ambassador, guiding branches toward service excellence
- Identify gaps in processes and policies to improve customer experience
- Support and implement service quality initiatives across multiple branches
- Promote and embed best practices throughout the network
