Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an HEC-recognized university
  • Certification or qualification in Islamic Finance will be a plus

💼 Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in processes and policies to improve customer experience
  • Support and implement service quality initiatives across multiple branches
  • Promote and embed best practices throughout the network
