Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a QA team of 25+ members, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Develop and implement QA systems aligned with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and international standards.
• Oversee quality control processes including laboratory testing, sanitation, pest management, traceability, and product recall systems.
• Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives to ensure long-term reliability.
• Conduct audits and maintain strong documentation control systems for compliance readiness.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and regulatory teams to integrate QA practices.
• Monitor quality KPIs, analyze trends, and drive performance improvements.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance protocols.
• Train and mentor QA team members for continuous development.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on quality matters.
