The Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank plays a key role in driving asset growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. This position focuses on sales, customer acquisition, and portfolio management while ensuring compliance with banking policies and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales and service plans to achieve assigned growth targets in coordination with the Branch/Relationship Manager.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote bank products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through ethical and compliant practices.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct customer profiling using credit assessment techniques (Five C’s of Credit).
- Ensure proper communication of product terms and conditions to customers.
- Perform physical verification of clients and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive follow-ups and relationship management.
- Maintain strict compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.
- Prepare weekly field activity plans and performance reports.
- Ensure high service standards and minimize customer complaints.
- Report any fraudulent or suspicious activity to management immediately.
- Safeguard customer data and ensure proper handling of legal documents.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferred).
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of banking products and credit assessment is a plus.
