Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a Relationship Officer – Asset to drive asset growth by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, helping them navigate banking products, meet their financial goals, and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and service plans in line with bank objectives.
• Identify business opportunities, evaluate industry prospects, and assess customer profiles.
• Sell bank products ethically and ensure genuine growth in loans and deposits.
• Conduct market research to explore new opportunities and optimize existing markets.
• Monitor loan repayments, ensuring timely collection and compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Report any potential fraud or operational risk to line manager/HOD.
• Follow all bank policies, SOPs, and SBP regulations to safeguard the bank’s reputation.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and conduct regular client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ethical mindset with attention to detail and compliance.
