We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage inventory, staff, and store profitability effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure overall store profitability
• Deliver excellent customer service and efficiently resolve customer complaints
• Monitor stock levels, replenishment, and maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO & expiry management)
• Manage supplier returns and handle damaged or expired stock
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
• Plan and execute promotional activities to increase sales
• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance to ensure high productivity

Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in retail/store operations
