We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager – Trade OOS to lead sales growth, manage key client relationships, and drive business performance within assigned market segments. The ideal candidate will have strong market insight, excellent customer management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, and product offerings to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain strong knowledge of competitors, customers, and suppliers to stay competitive
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through effective engagement and relationship building
  • Oversee sales execution, credit management, and timely follow-ups on commitments
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally while ensuring high service standards
  • Lead and manage a team of Order Bookers to drive performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to design tailored business solutions
  • Prepare business cases using commercial tools to attract and retain customers
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and act on customer dissatisfaction
  • Build long-term customer relationships through regular visits and interactions
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to foster a high-performance culture

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Leadership ability with experience managing teams preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
