Preferably a retired Army Officer, not below the rank of Major.
Job Summary:
The Chief of Security will ensure the safety of all guests, employees, and hotel property. The role involves directing and overseeing all activities of the Security Department, ensuring alignment with hotel financial and guest satisfaction objectives, and leading employee development programs within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce hotel Security policies and procedures across all areas.
- Formulate and supervise the departmental plan to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Brief Supervisors on functions, VIP arrivals, and special events requiring additional security measures.
- Ensure the safety and security of all hotel guests.
- Maintain awareness of Fire and Emergency procedures, defining Security Department roles in emergencies.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and house rules.
- Manage operations, staffing, and equipment of the Security Department.
- Recommend operational improvements and establish service standards to enhance departmental performance.
Academic Qualifications:
- Minimum: Graduation
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MA)
